Trailing Drawdown Explained
The Instant model uses trailing drawdown, which is different from static drawdown.
Calculated from your highest equity point of the day. If your peak equity today is $10,300, your daily floor is $9,991 (3% below peak). Breaching this limit permanently closes the account.
The 6% max drawdown floor moves upward as your equity grows. On a $10,000 account starting at $10,000 — if your equity reaches $11,000, your floor rises to $10,340 and never drops back down.
Key advantage: As you profit, your protection floor rises with you. A $10,000 account that grows to $15,000 will have a trailing floor around $14,100 — locking in most of your gains.
